Transitional Youth Summit POSTPONED
Due to the January 14, 2017 forecast calling for snow, sleet and ice, the Consortium of Care - Eastern Shore and its partners have decided to postpone the Transitional Youth Summit.
This decision was made in consideration for the safety of the registrants and partners.
