**Monica Johnson, DPT
Doctor of Physical Therapy Monica is a physical therapist who has been working with children in a variety of settings for over 15 years. Monica is passionate about working with families to help children optimize their functional potential, and to find joy in movement. Monica received her undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware where she graduated with her bachelors in Exercise Science. She then went on to attend the University of Maryland at Baltimore, where she earned her doctorate in physical therapy. It was also at UMBC where she was awarded the Pekar-Abel Scholarship for her dedication to the pediatric population. Monica is certified in the TheraSuit Method, and is trained in Yoga for the Special Child. When Monica is not working you can find her spending time with her two children, on the road running, or at the gym. *Special thanks to Queen Annes County Outside Agency for your generous training grant which enabled Monica to receive a certification in Dynamic Movement Intervention.
