Join us August 28, 2016 from 8:00am - 9:30am
for a morning of Yoga and Mimosa

School is about to start, and what better way to re-center than to spend the morning with local yoga instructor Andrea Brawner, followed by a light brunch, complete with mimosas. Better yet, proceeds from the morning will benefit the many programs offered at the Kinera Foundation Eastern Shore Regional Hub.

Andrea Brawner graduated from Towson University in 2013 with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science.  She is a certified personal trainer/yoga instructor and has been personal training for three years at Lynne Brick's Belvedere Square in Baltimore.  Working with a variety of populations, Andrea began to further understand the strong importance of mind-body and how it related to her career of helping others.  She decided to become a yoga instructor in June 2016 through Sid Yoga Center in Towson, as well as pursuing her massage therapy license at the Baltimore School of Massage.  Through her knowledge and experiences she has discovered a deep passion for teaching and elevating others.  When Andrea is not training, teaching, or in school, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, going to the beach, and doing yoga herself.
