Free Developmental Screenings

To all who registered, THANK YOU!

Space is limited. Reservations required. 

Only one child per appointment will be screened. If you want your child to see more than one specialist, or, if you have more than one child to be evaluated, then you must make separate appointments in each category to be screened.

After signing up, you will receive a confirmation email within 48- hours.  Please read it carefully as it will contain information about our COVID-19 procedures that are in effect when you arrive for screening. 

All children who complete 1-or-more developmental screenings will receive a FREE Chick-fil-A meal card (courtesy of Chick-fil-A Kent Island).
