Transitioning
Youth & Adults

New Programs!

Kinera Foundation is happy to begin offering programs for transitioning youth (14-21 years) and adults (21 years+) with special needs and disabilities. Future program offerings may include:
  • Social groups
  • Health and fitness related activities
  • Life skills
  • Special events

​We look forward to assisting transitioning youth and adults with: transitional supports, creating pathways and opportunities, removing barriers, self-advocating and self-empowerment and more.
