You want your child to become his or her own best self, in all areas: academically, physically, socially, emotionally. Kinera Foundation and Children at Play have designed the Mindfulness & Yoga for Kids program to be fun and engaging, all while learning mindfulness meditation and yoga fundamentals!
This program is geared for children 5 years and up, with sessions introducing and exploring new facets of mindfulness with a yoga component: intention, attention, resilience, attitude, gratitude, and kindness. Program ncludes "sensory fun" with essential oils provided by Joanna Steele, Young Living.
Instructors: Sam Offutt Hyali, MS, OTR/R, Children at Play; Lori Stokes, COTA; and Andie Montier, COTA, Certified Yoga Instructor.
