Free Developmental Screenings for OT

Space is limited. Registration is required. CLICK HERE to register.

Only one child per screening time slot will be screened. If you have more than one child to be evaluated, then you must reserve separate slots for each child to be screened.

After signing up, you will receive a confirmation email within 48- hours.  Please read it carefully and let us know if you have any questions or need to cancel.

All children who complete a developmental screenings will receive a FREE Chick-fil-A meal card (courtesy of Chick-fil-A Kent Island).
